I’ve just finished an interview with Cornelius Fichtner, PMP. He is the man behind The PM Podcast™, which is the most popular podcast on project management world-wide.
The topic of our interview, which will probably be published at the beginning of February 2008, was “IPPM - Integrated Process and Project Management Organization.”
To be honest, I’m not 100% happy with the interview, as my argumentation and answers to Cornelius’ questions were sometimes a bit “bumpy”. But all in all, it was a great experience.
